Mr. Derek Jackson is a seasoned manager with over two decades of proven leadership experience. Mr. Jackson has an extensive background in Florida Medicaid services covering all aspects from assisting providers with claims processing to enrolling Medicaid beneficiaries into Health Maintenance Organizations. As a certified Six Sigma Greenbelt and CIAC Operations & People Management Professional, he is well versed in leading large-scale operations to ensure maximum efficiencies. Currently, he works closely with Florida’s Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) to meet contract deliverables and achieve established performance and quality standards. Mr. Jackson’s extensive work history includes program design and implementation for multiple health care and Medicaid programs.
