Health Insurance
- Automated Health Systems offers company paid Health Insurance for all regular full-time employees and their families.
- Employees choosing to decline coverage under the health insurance plan are offered a monthly waiver payment in lieu of their coverage.
Vision and Dental Insurance
- Automated Health Systems gives regular full-time employees the opportunity to purchase vision and/or dental insurance for themselves and their families.
Life Insurance
- Life Insurance is a company paid benefit for regular full-time employees. Employees’ Life Insurance benefits will be equivalent to their annual salaries.

Upon completion of the orientation period, all regular full-time and part-time employees have the opportunity to purchase any AFLAC product via payroll deduction. This benefit offers the following types of insurances: Accident/Disability, Short-Term Disability, Cancer, Hospital Indemnity, Intensive Care, Specified Health Event, Life Assurance, Long-Term Care, Supplemental Dental, or Personal Sickness Indemnity.

529 College Savings Plan
- Automated Health Systems offers all full-time and part-time employees (upon completion of the orientation period) the opportunity to begin a 529 College Savings Plan. Because AHS sponsors this benefit, employees will be able to make contributions net asset value (no administrative costs) meaning that contributions will be invested at full face value. In addition, all earnings and withdrawals for higher education expenses (including graduate school) are tax-free.
401(k) Plan
- A 401(k) plan will be established for all employees age 21 and older who have been employed by Automated Health Systems for at least one year. An employee will have the option of contributing up to 20% of his/her salary in addition to the guaranteed 3% contributed by AHS. AHS also offers a contribution matching plan.
Tuition Assistance
- Upon the thirteenth month of employment, all regular full-time and part-time employees are offered the opportunity to receive up to $1,000 in tuition assistance per calendar year.
Credit Union
- AHS offers the option to each employee and his/her family members to join the West Air-Comm Federal Credit Union.
