Quality staff play a major role in the success of the programs we administer. Our corporate staff
have the dedication, excellence, and experience to help design, implement and monitor
cost-effective efforts to enhance the health of low-income families by ensuring their access to the
health care they need.
The AHS management team members act as consultants to all of our projects and are on-site as needed for
all contracts, especially during the start-up phase.
Joseph W. Nocito, CPA (Chief Executive Officer) has provided financial guidance to AHS and has directed the fiscal affairs of the corporation as Chief Financial Officer since 1979. With his guidance, AHS has continually demonstrated its ability to offer quality program development and administration within the constraints of the ever-shrinking health care dollar. He takes an active role in the AHS Management Team and works closely with its members in the development of the company's programs and products.
