In Ohio, Medicaid consumers are provided with an array of services through the Selection Services Center (administered and operated by AHS). These include:

• access to unbiased information about different MCPs and the services each offers,
• assistance in finding a Primary Care Physician (PCP) while considering special health care and linguistic needs, and
• support in the completion of selection forms and all subsequent activities.
