Automated Health Systems is a firm and experienced believer in phone interactions with consumers. Blending telecommunications and an intensive initial and ongoing training effort in effective phone usage, outreach, education and enrollment, we provide a variety of information and referral services through our call centers. For example, in Pennsylvania, we operate helplines for providers, consumers, and community agencies to assist them with accessing and appropriately utilizing EPSDT, PCCM and general Medicaid services. Our most extensive effort to date has been our administration of the State of Ohio's Medicaid Consumer Hotline. Handling over 35,000 calls a month, this statewide hotline functions as the main connection between Ohio's Medicaid and SCHIP consumers and the panoply of services offered and provided by the state and other agencies.
