Task Tracking

We have developed a proven task tracking system that is used by many of our clients. The system is designed to effectively track, route and report on contractor, client and stakeholder tasks. Our Task Tracking system was originally built on a web-based platform that includes available routing, workflows and escalations based on business rules for our clients. Features include:

  • Functionality to break tasks into smaller units and assign to different entities.
  • Extensive reporting and monitoring functions based on individual work queue, business unit and overall project status.
