callers – consumers, providers and community-based organizations as well as our state agency clients.
We will take the steps necessary to ensure that our Helpline Representatives provide the highest quality
service in terms of being courteous, offering accurate information, meeting and exceeding performance
standards, and addressing any special needs presented by a caller.
