AHS fosters more public trust and less public frustration, greater compliance, greater productivity, and improved staff morale.

AHS understands the importance of establishing and maintaining quality services that benefit a range of callers – consumers, providers and community-based organizations as well as our state agency clients. We will take the steps necessary to ensure that our Helpline Representatives provide the highest quality service in terms of being courteous, offering accurate information, meeting and exceeding performance standards, and addressing any special needs presented by a caller.

AHS is dedicated to providing world class customer service. This entails “delighting the customer” by going beyond the expectations of satisfied customers and addressing their unmet and, perhaps even unspoken, needs in a proactive manner.
