AHS is thrilled to have been awarded a contract by the State of Tennessee Department of Finance and Administration, Division of TennCare for Member Services Contact Center Services – TennCare Connect. For the TennCare Connect Contract, AHS will provide the staff, facility, and management of a State furnished Contact Center Solution to support TennCare’s Medicaid and Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP) eligibility services for individuals seeking to obtain and maintain eligibility for TennCare and CHIP. The contract allows us to continue our trajectory of providing excellent service and partnership to TennCare. For the past five plus years, TennCare has embarked on a journey to modernize the Medicaid and CHIP programs to better serve applicants and members. AHS has been a partner during this significant modernization and looks forward to extending this partnership during this next exciting phase in TennCare Connect. The contract is for two years with three one-year options.
