AHS offers regular, full-time and part-time employees the opportunity to purchase supplemental insurances. This benefit includes the following types of insurances: Short Term Disability, Accident and Critical Illness.
Life insurance is available to all regular, full-time employees at no cost. Coverage is equal to 200% of the annual salary and employees have the option to purchase additional personal, spousal or dependent term life coverage.
Regular, full-time and part-time employees have the opportunity to begin a 529 College Savings Plan. Employee contributions to the plan are invested at full face value without additional fees or costs.
After one year of employment, regular, full-time employees may apply to receive up to $1000 in tuition assistance per calendar year.
AHS offers all employees (over the age of 21), with at least one year and 1000 hours of service, the opportunity to contribute to a 401(k) retirement plan with a fully vested company matching program.
Paid Time Off
Regular, full-time and part-time employees are awarded Paid Time Off each year based on hire date and company policy. In addition, full-time employees are awarded Vacation time and enjoy paid legal holidays.
