AHS offers robust document management services and solutions.

Over the course of our history, we have advanced and expanded our document management capabilities. Our processes include robust technical solutions that scan, image, index and route documents according to a comprehensive taxonomy. These processes are scalable and capable of managing the complex and diverse document requirements of our clients. Components of our solution include:

  • Document Processing: Document preparation, scanning, validation, verification and indexing before routing per client-defined business rules.
  • Integration with our CRM: Allows us to assign and prioritize tasks, track completion and monitor workflows.
  • Security: Leverage appropriate security protocols for document intake, retention schedules and destruction.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Dashboards for measuring document processing performance, efficiency, productivity and quality assurance.
  • Operational Policies and Procedures: Guide staff in adhering to all client-defined workflows.
  • Training Programs: Verify staff adhere to all confidentiality requirements and correctly use systems to process documents.
