Enrollment Broker

Since 1996, AHS has provided Enrollment Broker services in seven states across the nation. We are the current Enrollment Broker for Florida, Ohio, Wisconsin and Nebraska, and have held former Enrollment Broker contracts with Alabama, West Virginia and Illinois. We use our excellent operational performance, and proven call center tools of scripting, training and quality assurance to deliver outstanding performance and guide consumers without bias to best-fit decisions regarding available options. As a trusted choice representative, we assist millions of Medicaid consumers with evaluating, selecting and enrolling in a best fit health plan while maintaining service level agreements and customer service performance.

As an Enrollment Broker and client-facing choice representative, we advocate and maintain absolute neutrality on behalf of the client and consumer. We give our clients the flexibility to expand and integrate the scope and types of services we provide. In fact, we encourage our clients to “Demand More” from us. We look forward to the opportunity to exceed client expectations.

We serve diverse populations, including traditional Medicaid eligibles, the Medicaid expansion population, and dual eligibles among others. In addition, each client we serve has its own cultural landscape. We are mindful that we serve as the “face” of our clients, and have tools and approach to ensure sensitivity to each consumer we serve.

We serve populations ranging from 250,000 to over 4 million and have performed a wide range of expansions in most of our contracts. In fact, in our Florida Enrollment Broker Project, we were an instrumental partner to the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration as they launched the Statewide Medicaid Managed Care program that involved transitioning over three million Medicaid eligibles to the new program. Throughout the transition to the new program, despite unprecedented call and mail volumes, AHS did not miss a single SLA.
