Automated Health Systems has been awarded a contract by the Mass Health Connector to administer a Contact Center services in Massachusetts.
Automated Health Systems (AHS) has been awarded a contract by the Massachusetts Commonwealth Health Insurance Connector Authority (“Health Connector”) to provide Contact Center services including Document Processing and Verification support. In this role, AHS will act as the primary liaison and customer service provider for the Health Connector’s customers and will provide a customer-centric approach where the needs of the customers are prioritized and acknowledged, and access to resources and self-service capabilities is maximized.
