Automated Health Systems (AHS) has been awarded a contract by the South Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (SCDHHS) to provide Managed Care Secret Shopper Surveys. In this role, AHS will support SCDHHS’ Strategic Plan and compliance with 42 CFR § 438.68(e) (“Final Rule”) by conducting regular secret shopper surveys related to network adequacy, appointment access, and appointment availability.
