AHS is thrilled to have been awarded a contract by the Massachusetts Executive Office of Health and Human Services (EOHHS) to provide contact center services. Through this contract, AHS will serve as the primary liaison and customer services provider for MassHealth Members, MassHealth Applicants, Providers, Provider Applicants, Relationship Entities, and other interested parties (collectively, Customers). As part of this contract, AHS will also provide Enrollment Broker services for Members. AHS will provide the Commonwealth of Massachusetts with an omnichannel contact center that provides end-to-end customer services and support for MassHealth Customers.
