North Carolina selects AHS for Call Center Services.
AHS has been selected by the North Carolina Department of Commerce, Division of Employment Security (DES) to provide call center services. Through this mandate, AHS will provide a robust Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution combined with a suite of omnichannel services with a focus on serving applicants and claimants. Our decades of experience has prepared us to provide DES with talented, experienced and trained staff to support member needs. The contract term is one year with two optional one year renewals.
