AHS successfully launched an innovative mobile app to support our work as the Enrollment Broker for the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA). The app allows recipients of the Statewide Medicaid Managed Care program to manage their account, check eligibility and enrollment status, update demographic information, chat with customer service representatives, enroll in a health plan or dental plan, choose notification preferences, file a complaint and pre-choose a plan before Medicaid eligibility is determined. This capability now provides enrollees with another avenue of self-service. The Florida Medicaid Member Portal is available for download on both the Apple Store and Google Play.
