AHS has been awarded a contract by the North Carolina Department of Commerce, Division of Employment Security (DES) to provide call center services. Through this contract, AHS will provide a robust Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution combined with a suite of omnichannel services with a focus on serving applicant and claimants. Our experience prepares us well to provide DES with talented, experienced, and trained staff to support callers. The contract term is one year with two optional one year renewals.
