As the COVID-19 pandemic has continued to impact our partners, AHS supports their efforts to find safe and effective methods to open communication with members. For example, we assisted the St. Louis Regional Health Commission (RHC) with their outreach to ensure members understood how to access care. The RHC hosted a series of virtual calls with members and participating health centers so that they could provide updates on critical topics such as hours of operations, access to services, prescriptions, COVID-19 testing, key resources and referrals. During this extraordinary time, AHS continues its commitment to support our clients and their continually evolving needs.
